The Nayborz

I have a cousin named Nic, and he has a band. They are called "The Nayborz". They are called that because, well... all the people in the band are in the same neighborhood. They only do covers, although I believe that they working on their own original hit. Here are some videos of some of their performances.


By the way Nic is the lead singer.

Hunger Games Movie Trailer Review

Ok so we all know how excited I am for this movie. Unfortunately the trailer released 11/14/11 truly disappointed me. In the trailer they had President Snow wearing a BLACK suit... I mean c'mon. If you are going to mess something up, why that? I am also disappointed in the costume department for minor characters. The Peacekeepers look like Speed Racer from the 70's. I just hope that the movie doesn't turn out like this failure of a trailer.

Pirates of the Caribean Music

So I was listening to my iPod today while doing my homework and realized I had the entire soundtrack to the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. It turns out, doing your homework to this music makes it much more exiting then just sitting in silence and being eaten alive by your vocab words or quadratic equations. You should try listening to this when doing homework.

Hunger Games Song

Holiday Treats!

We all love our Halloween treats right? Well, here are some great additions to your Holiday Cookbook!


Graveyard cake — a pumpkin spice cake with bleeding chocolate glaze — is the pumpkin pie of a spectral Halloween menu. Espresso shortbread headstones mark each slice.



These coffee-flavored cookies are used to decorate the cake, but they work just as well on their own as a ghostly accent to a Halloween dessert table.

I know well all love the iPod Touch and iPad apps! But do you realize how much effort goes into making them. I mean yes, some games are VERY simple like, Tiny Wings. Jump, Jump, Jump.. but do you realize it takes weeks, months, and some even years?

Have you ever wanted to make apps? Well if you visit the apple website you could make your own app! Don't have the right programs? No worries! When you buy the licence and rights to make an app you
get the programme! The only downfall? It cost $99 for the program and privileges. Thank goodness you only need to pay once.

CCS Football 9/2

I am sad to say we lost our fist home football game on 9/2. The final score was:  Guest - 44 & Home - 30. Even though we lost, I'm sure we will pull through next game with a crushing victory! Thanks to all the players, cheerleaders, mascots, and JB for their dedication to the school and team.

The Three Musketeers

I'm not sure if you have seen the previews at the movies lately, but a movie is coming out called 'The Three Musketeers'. It will be the originally story with a few twist. One of the stars, one of my favorite, is popular for the 'Pirates of the Carribean' movies, Orlando Bloom. The previews have been fantastic, and  I can not wait to see it.
